Four Decades of Army Experience. Now Focused on Industry Results.

Beginning as an Army mechanic, Mark developed his logistics foundation at the unit level—maintaining equipment, supporting soldiers, and learning firsthand how readiness is created and sustained in the field.

His career expanded into acquisition, program management, lifecycle logistics, maintenance, supply, technical data, and modernization—connecting operational requirements with the organizations, resources, and processes needed to deliver capability.

As a senior Army executive, Mark led enterprise sustainment organizations responsible for ground-system readiness, workforce leadership, acquisition support, industrial-base modernization, and lifecycle execution across the Army.

Start with the mission, customer, requirement owner, operational need, and decision environment. The goal is to understand what problem the Army is actually trying to solve before shaping the solution.

Translate the capability into an Army-relevant value proposition, identify the right stakeholders and pathways, and build a practical engagement, funding, acquisition, and sustainment strategy.

Turn the strategy into action—prioritize engagements, prepare decision-quality materials, shape demonstrations and pilots, support capture efforts, and help move the opportunity toward execution.
